Any color combination that worked for Dunkin' Donuts is okay in my book. Love your alarm clock. Do you have to wind it? And does it go tick, tick, tick, tick...
Hi Janet, What beautiful blooms! Ours havent bloomed yet and I didnt even cut them back this winter. Hopefuly this weekend we will get some color on the rose bushes. Have a cool weekend....Julian
it's crazy how we can live in the same country, when you have giant roses blooming on the first of April and I am still looking out on a matted gray mass dampened by sleet and punctuated by all of four microscopic crocuses. Keep posting posie pics so I can remember what a garden is supposed to look like!!!!
new reader cruising the archives and loving the photos of roses...but it's the clock that makes me want to comment. I have the exact vintage West Bend alarm clock next to my bed. I picked it up for near nothing at an antique shop and for the past five years it's lulled me to sleep with it's tick tock. I love the ritual winding of the clock each night as I go to bed, almost like the alarm (set on soft) as it goes off most mornings. Happy memories of my grandmother who had a similar clock next to her bed...
How beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWe had a dusting of snow over night.
