apple blueberry crisp
I made this apple blueberry crisp from this recipe from The Simple Veganista. I just swapped blueberries for the cranberries. I made mine without any oil which is an option she offers. It was yummy and I do plan to make it for Thanksgiving but will use oil because I'm not heartless. Either way it's delicious! Without oil it is a super healthy guiltless dessert! x

ReplyDeleteI laughed when I saw this post. I was away for a few days & today I had to do a little grocery shopping...my fridge was so very empty! As I was getting apples, I remembered that there was a recipe I wanted to try & Fuji apples were recommended. I also ran into cranberries & had the same thought, but for the life of me I couldn't remember where I saw the recipe. I have been busy all afternoon, so no time to do any searching. Then I saw your post & the recipe found me again...thank you so much. This time I'm ready with ingredients. I may actually try the blueberries the first time, then cranberries closer to holidays. I'm anxious to try it...easy is best for me & healthy is a huge plus.
