Delicious! I'm currently loving porridge, fair-trade bananas and honey from my friend's hives every morning. You can't beat a good breakfast! x

I'm eating Rogers porridge with craisins and cinnamon right now!
ReplyDeleteI'll buy bananas when I get to the market, we're out of them at the moment!
Off to Jane's to check out that love list...
I have porridge everyday but I'm an old school Scot, I make it with water and only ever add salt.
ReplyDeleteIn ye olden days it was poured into a drawer and a slab would be cut off wrapped up and handed to the man of the house before he went out to toil in the fields all day. The baby would sleep in the drawer above the porridge drawer as it was the warmest place in the house. Ah the good old days!
But I've read Jane's post first, now I cannot decide between oatmeal and french fries for breakfast...
ReplyDeleteLooks so good and good for you!

That oatmeal is the bomb. Catcher in the Rye, french fries, you are my friend for life.

Hi Janet, another great post, your photos are wonderful and what really gets me is everything is so simple to make. Regards Adriana
ReplyDeleteHello, hello, a big thank you for such a charming and well edited list.
ReplyDeleteFood, books and clothes.....oh and lipstick.
You hit all the sweet spots :)

Wow - I didn't think there was anyone else out there who aspired to become a recluse except me :) Also, love potatos, sparkling water, wes anderson, and books, books, books. Thanks for sharing your list - I've been feeling a bit out of touch lately and it was good to hear there are others out there with similar likes. Enjoy :)
ReplyDeleteSmall but charming... the description fits your list as well as Jane's blog. Oatmeal would top my love list. As much as I enjoy tea and toast, oatmeal gets me rolling stronger and lasts longer. Love you too, Janet!

Oatmeal is our go to breakfast...yum! Janet, have you seen this winning recipe for vegan chocolate cupcakes?

ReplyDeleteHurrah, you've got your camera back! I shall eat this tomorrow (substituting the maple for agave syrup.)
