what i wore to see jack white

because you asked...

night one

one of the many reasons i love jack is because color and style is an integral part of his showmanship.
known for his red and white stripe days, this solo album/tour is all about blue, so of course i wore blue.

night two...

i bought this bootleg t shirt after the first night's concert for $5.
i would have purchased one inside b/c lord knows jack white needs the money, but the line was way too long.

  3. Hello Janet:
How wonderfully elegant, 'cool' and 'hip', to use the idioms of the day, you look here. And no, we think that you should, most definitely, 'forget' to return the trousers wearing which you look so very, very good.

  4. I love it! I'm a huge Bruce Springsteen fan and now that I'm "of a certain age" always wonder if I should leave my crazy, rock 'n' roll days behind but forget it! Your rock and look stylin' while doing it! Now, what will I wear to the Bruce concert in August...?

  7. You always look fabulous. Love your retro pants - and the t-shirt of course! I saw the White Stripes a couple of times, once really early on when I couldn't believe that two people could make so much noise, and a free gig once Union Square, New York. Fantastic.

Love that you are still rocking and that you get up and dance your heart out...
I do the same when I go see Bruce Springsteen.

    Love your toned arms!

  27. Not if you had told me you flew to Paris with George Clooney, Tom Hardy and Brad Pitt ... then enjoyed a night of fun with Sting, Wayne Coyne and Tom Waits ... could I have been more jealous. You lucky gal! Jack worked with Wanda Jackson (who is from my hometown of OKC) and he also performed not far from me in Tulsa last March and I missed it. Simply devastated.

  35. Those first trousers look so fab - love the outfit! As for getting the $5 tee, who can really blame you? Those lines are always so nightmarish and I suppose you paid to see Jack twice so you've made a significant contributions already? ;)

As for dancing, you can't have done more damage than my dad does. He dances in a manner somewhat reminiscent of Peter Garrett from Midnight Oil. To understand the danger here, you must watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yd1IMmsOc6g. Both embarrassing and violent, haha.
