Old broad in an old sweatshirt, old jeans and these booties, sitting on this old 1948 Harley that Alex built/restored himself.

Hehe. Go you!
ReplyDeleteI think 'old' is beautiful and this definitely fits the bill!
ReplyDeleteGreat pic, Janet! Love 'old'. Nothing wrong with old stuff. Nice Harley too. Wow.
ReplyDeleteYou look fabulous Janet - and I love that quote!
ReplyDeleteYou look great for an old broad. :-)
ReplyDeleteOMG! I love Harley's...especially old ones. This panhead is bloody gorgeous, what a fantastic restoration job.
ReplyDeleteFiona you must love Harley's b/c you know about panhead's. lol
DeleteYes old Harley's really do it for me but I've never ridden on a vintage one. I don't really know much about them apart from the heads, pan, shovel, knuckle etc. By the way you look anything but old.
DeleteI love you so much it hurts!
ReplyDeleteI want to be you... really do.
ReplyDeletevice versa and really i'm so boring!
DeleteI would say you look more like a spring chicken than an old broad. You inspire me continually.
ReplyDeleteCoco
Seriously you look very biker chic...and so NOT OLD!
ReplyDeleteHa! You look so cool! Alex did a great job on the bike.
ReplyDeletethank everyone you are all way to sweet. but that bike is gorgeous. the gas tank is pink!

ReplyDeletePlain and simple.....you are totally cool. :)
ReplyDeleteI love this so much. The bike is awesome and so are you. So cool your son restored it, too.
ReplyDeletetoo cute!! You go girl:)
ReplyDeleteCool photo! And we don't say "old", we say "vintage". You know...like a fine vintage wine. Or, that an awesome vintage HOG you're sitting upon. :) You're one hot Mama!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool photo...an old broad??? I don't think so!!! My brother-in-law took my aunt for a short ride on his Harley for her 90th birthday. Too cute.
ReplyDeleteLove the quote by Karl. So true.

What a cool photo of a cool chic on a cool vintage bike. The pink gas tank? I die.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Harley. Gorgeous old broad ON the Harley. Love this picture of you!
ReplyDeleteNot old. "Aged to perfection" - both of you. ;-}
ReplyDeleteHaha you and Karl are so right. Me? I've been a 70 year old woman since I was about ten. Think Bunny MacDougal. But please tell me neither you nor your son actually ride it! He did such a beautiful job. Well enough that he can sell it and buy a nice safe convertible and still feel the wind in his hair :) of course that probably wouldn't work. I know bike people are devoted to their bikes.
ReplyDeleteI want this as a poster on my wall, a great companion piece to my 1960s Girl on A Motorcycle film poster! xxx
ReplyDeleteLove this! You are so right - it is all about attitude!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo Janet ! Did you take it for a spin? I dream of buying a Vespa scooter but worry at 52 I might fall off... Or forget where I park it ha ha!
ReplyDeleteYou MUST be something special if he let you sit on it. Lookin' good, baby!
ReplyDeleteGreat Harley! And you ARE the poster woman for having a youthful attitude.
ReplyDeleteTimeless photo, timeless quote. Although I've never been on a motorbike, this one looks tempting. Did you?
ReplyDeleteGreat photo, fab quote.
