This week will be pizza and salad week here. I use the dough recipe from CPK. I double it and it yields 4 thin crust pizzas. it's really easy, tastes good and it's a great medium for healthy ingredients. We never get tired of pizza.

(basically the salad is on top of the pizza & it's delicious)

asian stirfry w/tofu, broccoli, carrots, peppers & peanuts
(i told you we always eat the same thing!)
