  3. Hello Janet;
The calendar may say February and the temperature stays June but, whatever the season, this dress is hot. Palm Springs may be your destination and you are certainly living the part. Fabulous. Enjoy, enjoy!

  7. Happy Anniversary, Lovebirds!!!
I love that dress so much, it's just as well you like in the US or I'd steal it.
How fabulous does your weather look? I'm insanely envious.
Have the most brilliant celebration. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
PS Indian visa restrictions mean Brits can't live there for more than
6 months at a time. They had enough trouble trying to kick us out in 1947. x

  8. I always enjoy your stylish outfits and the way you pose. Do you have someone taking your pictures or are you using a tripod and timer? I would appreciate any other tips you have for posing. My photos of myself turn out horrid. Help please.

  14. And from the looks of it, it's the year 1970 :)
You look great, and I'm sure it looks better now in 2012 on you than it did when it cost more than $2.

I'm loving your fun new old colorful styles.

    Happy anniversary. Have wonderful day.

  17. I am really ticked off that the consignment stores around here are such crap. Go have a fantastic anniversary lunch...I suspect, with that outfit, you'll get extra-attentive service from the staff. And wow your honey as always!

  18. Derr, that would be the oranges in the first photo. Time for bed, it's been a long day....

  31. sherry, i just recently signed up to have ads on my blog. they seem fairly unobtrusive and tasteful to me. i have to be careful b/c if i were to click one on, even by accident, google will disqualify me from their program!

  32. You look fab! I envy the fact that you can wear a sleeveless dress in February, while us Calgarians are bundled up in unflattering Canada Goose wear :)

  36. The price of thrifted (down here we say Op shop) clothes in your town are great value Janet. Our cahrity stores have lost the plot and charge over the top prices these days. Very rarely does one happen upon a bargain.
I love the maxi. Perfect for an Anniversary.

  49. Happy Belated Anniversary, Janet! I love the dress on you, and such a fantastic price for it, too! :)

Your weather is indeed very much like ours here. We will have temps close to 90 degrees today and tomorrow...apparently no spring for us this year.

  50. This dress is so fantastic and you look great in it. I've been after a dress like this since I had one in Hawaii about 30 years ago. Mine was bright fushia and orange. Happy anniversary, hope you had as wonderful a time as you look!
