mayan spiced chocolate pudding*

I love chocolate and this recipe is definitely for chocolate lovers.  I follow the recipe from Vegetarian Times exactly as I found it
here
I will usually fill a graham cracker crust and make a pie with the filling but i also love making little individual servings in small cups.  Either way, it is delicious and will satisfy any and all chocolate cravings.  I use Trader Joes fair trade dark chocolate bar and they also sell the coconut milk.  I hope you enjoy it as much as i do.

  2. Janet,

    You've done it again....
I love the composition of this image...the green mint leaves and the shiny white plate against the muted backdrop...and chocolate...yummers !

I would now like to have a "scratch and sniff" computer screen...

  7. Janet - If it's as good as it looks (and I'm sure it is) it must be fabulous! Don't you love Trader Joe's? I have to drive 2 hours to get to one, but it's well worth it! Karin

  15. Dear Ms Janet, I would never have thought about adding chilli but what an excellent idea. I will hold on to this recipe for a bit because I am trying to lose a little weight prior to going home to Australia for Christmas. Your photo is suberb. I think you could make a great Vegan's Year calendar with all your stunning food photos.

  18. Looks yummy! I need to make something for my yoga teacher training class Christmas party. Some people are vegan, some vegetarian, so this will be perfect. I think I will make it in the graham cracker crust.
